I live in another city and thought I would be able to manage my property in Houston myself. I began looking for a property manager for my property after I had been in a deadlock with a tenant not wanting to pay rent. I found you guys online and thought I would give you a shot. You handled my eviction flawlessly, including appearing in court for me and the whole nine yards and got the house repaired and back in tip top shape to be rerented faster than I could have imagined. I only wish that I would have used yall from day one. You are easy to reach and always keep the lines of communication open. Your processes are seamless and your integrity is true.
