Our Service department offers a Shuttle Service to drop you off at home/work/shopping centers instead of waiting at our Service Center. If you cannot make it to the dealership during business hours, drop your car and keys off after hours in our key drop box. Awesome service and sales! You cannot go wrong buying your car here. I was greeted by a nice old lady and she got me a salesperson that helped me find exactly what i needed for the payment that i wanted to be at. Steve Frances was my salesman and I can't say enough about him. I went to see him several times about a Challenger; there was never any pressure to buy right away and he took his time to find the car of my dreams.



He is down to earth and a regular guy, not the typical used car sale man but a man you can trust to put your interest first. I highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for an honest, straight up salesman!

Nightmare again, and its not the first time.I bought a new 2010 jeep from them.Jeep runs good. Its the leaking problem that they can't or won't fix. now I have mold! I will NEVER go back there.The service manager BRIAN, lied straight to my face.Promised me he would attend to the water damage and mold.They had my Jeep for 2 days.I even asked about it on the phone the second morning.They said Brian would call me back. He never did.....went to pick it up and he said he personally cleaned it.GUESS WHAT? It was never touched. and my glove box was in the back seat.I had to wait for them to put it back in.TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.....my Jeep started leaking 15 months ago. 1 year before before my warranty was up.But they say its not covered anymore,and wont get paid to fix it.And now this site is forcing me to give them 1 star! They don't deserve it iS RIGHT!

Oh What a nightmare!

The experience was so bad I could not even begin to tell all of the problems I had with this dealership. When shopping for a vehicle I would seriously consider traveling the extra miles to a more people friendly business. As far as I am concerned, they do not deserve even one star.
