Stuart Roofing caused damages and will not repair - and they over billed me by 25% above quote. It took them a month to show up. Then they destroyed my gutters, the ridge vent, put a massive hole in my kitchen ceiling and laundry room ceiling, totally messed up the cedar board trim, and totally destroyed one third of my driveway. I have video and email to prove this. Their attempts to repair were a joke and took forever. Everything but the gutters needs to be done. I asked for detailed and certified information regarding the 25% extra charges and they failed to supply it. Then they filed a lien against me. This has been going on for almost 6 months. They will not answer the phone or email. My house needs repair and they are charging me an additional $2,600 — they also seem to have multiple shell corporations. This company is a nightmare

This company “accidentally” took our roof off instead of the neighbors and they refuse to make it right. Expect to be hassled if you work with them. We have to get lawyers involved. They are the worst. There are plenty of other companies. Go with anyone else.
