As with almost every other taxi business serving the Stuart area: there is no live dispatcher. You have to leave a message on their voicemail - which is almost always full - so no message can not be left. This is most likely yet another one car company operating out of their trunk with a cell phone. The individuals who profile their single car, one driver operations and advertise themselves as if they were a full service taxicab business, with a fleet of cars covering a wide area 24 hrs. a day - when they can really only serve one customer at a time in the entire three county area - 5, if you include their advertised 'Airport Transportation.' These individual operaters are so busy they can neither answer their phone - which, by the way, is printed wrong in this description - nor even listen to their voicemail; which is why you can almost never leave a message, and - if by some miracle the voicemail is not full - you will not get a timely call back - if at all. You are more likely to reach your destination using All Aboard Florida - which will have no stops or stations between West Palm Beach and Orlando. Most of these 'taxi' services are committing outright fraud in their advertising; which they have to do, because no one would hire a single individual cruising the 5 county area in his/her personal vehicle.

Called for a ride for a night out with my friends.Paradise Cab was ontime,friendly and very helpful since my friends were all from new york. Will be calling again very soon.

I must say the driver adrian was prompt on his pick up! He even helped us to the door.

i'am a customer of paradise cab company and i have to say that out of all the cab companys in the treasure coast

they were the only cab to come pick me up at 3:00 am after i would get off of work after my car was shot,i called just about all the cab company in Jensen beach,ft.pierce,vero beach,port saint lucie and the only one to pick their phone at that time was paradise cab co. they are knight in shning armor that rescued me from walking 13 miles.And for that i must comend them for prompt,realiable service at a cheaper rate.

This cab comes to our house within 7 minutes, and the drivers are very nice! Only $2.00 per mile! It was raining and we were even offered an umbrella! The only cab I will use for this area!

I have nothing good to say about this company. I had made reservations got quotes and thought all was good. I called to confirm a few days ahead BECAUSE NOONE called me ... I spoke to many different people none speaking english clear enough to understand. I was told they would call back....after 5 days of multiple calls i got a person the (manager) i beleive his name is mike Informed me that " WE will not be taking YOU" ......THIS IS A COMPANY THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE A LICENSE> THEY ARE UNRELIABLE. NOT WORTH THE TIME. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AND I WILL LET ALL MY FRIENDS AND ALL MY NEIGHBORS IN MY NEIGHBOR HOOD KNOW NOT TO USE THEM, WHEN EVER I HEAR SOMEONE SAYING THEY ARE TRAVELING I WILL MAKE SURE TO INFORM THAT THERE ARE OTHER TAXI COMPANYS TO USE... AND NOT TO WASTE THEIR TIME WITH THIS POORLY RUN SO CALLED NOCK OFF TAXI SERVICE. I WILL FOLLOW UP WITH THIS SO NO OTHERS HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE AGGREVATION OF THIS MISTREATMENT.
