Always pleasant and helpful with the supplies I needed at a good price.

My uncle needed a simple switch replaced for his sprinkler system. When he spoke to the female at the counter (didn't remember her name, but she has several tattoos), she was curt and rather rude to him. The switch wasn't available for purchase as a single unit, and my uncle would have to buy a whole new unit. But, she basically steered him wrong in telling him what he needed to buy, and he wound up shorting out the unit because it wasn't what he asked for.



When he returned to the store, he again attempted to explain what he needed and why what she sold him didn't work. She was again rude to him and didn't seem to understand the technical aspects of the system my uncle was trying to repair.



I believe that any establishment that wants to stay in business should have a knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff member that treats customers with respect. Perhaps this store owner should re-evaluate this staff member's customer service skills and offer her a refresher course on this, as well as the items she is selling.
