Target Cleaners

This place is unbelievable.

TERRIBLE customer service. NEVER SMILED, NEVER WELCOMED ME, NEVER. THEN, hands me a slip - no pricing on it. I have no idea how much replacement of a zipper (which is a $250.00 DKNY jacket and I have a special request on the zipper) sew on a button and clean it. I have no idea what to expect.



I've been trying to call them also for 30 minutes and THEY AREN'T ANSWERING. Must be that rude old lady with the short haircut.



Bahumbug. Taking my business elsewhere. Tell ya what though, If my jacket comes back to me less than perfection I will refuse to pay it and tell the owner with employees like this they will be out of business soon. I also am in sales.

They definitely don't have a customer service skills at all disregard they do a horrible job on cleaning and alterating. I agreed with RobertRD that they should get rid of the word 'alteration' after their name becasue they don't know what they are doing. Why would they lie to customers that they could do the job. That's not nice! Three bad experience for me and that's enough. I won't recommend anyone to use their (bad) service.

Not only they have bad attitutes, I don't think they know what they're doing either. Also, if they can't do the alteration, they should take that sign off next to the dryclean service, because I think these people clearly don't know what they are doing. I won't go back again there and won't recommend anyone to go there.
