        I had ordered an Ohio state sweatshirt from the online site on Cyber Monday which I needed to ship to store because ship to home (from internets site warehouse not available) that then became cancelled the following week because of high demand online. I then called the Strongsville store, explained the situation about my order being cancelled, & online customer service said there was nothing they could help me with at all when I asked if store stock could be given to me at sale price, & said store would have to sell me the sweatshirt & needed to decide if they'd allow me to re-purchase at sale price of $19.98. So called back to the store, spoke to Linda, who said not only is the shirt still there at the store, but she would hold it till weekend (as the store is an hour away from me) AND she would guarantee price would be what Cyber Monday sale was! What a great customer service experience through this store! Not so much online! Thank you Linda & Dicks Strongsville location!
