The Vacuum and Computer Store

This isn't a store to do business with. First they hand you this booklet, hoping you don't read the entire thing because they have a non-refundable policy. Shouldn't that be something that should be displayed at the entrance. I was supposed to pickup my repaired vacuums on Saturday(gave to them on Thursday). Told them I couldn't. I'll pick it up on Monday. Couldn't go. Went there on Tuesday. They've not repaired the vacuums. I told them to give me the vacuums, I was gonna try somewhere else. They returned my vacuums but told me the money they charged me was non-refundable. They should have repaired them before Monday. It's obvious if I had gone there on Monday, the vacuums would still not have been repaired. This kind of phony business practices is unacceptable. I'm going to file a complain with the BBB. For the sake your hard-earned money, don't go there!
