Torcello Apartments

I lived here for 6 months and moved out right at the end of my lease. I had moved in there because it seemed like it was nice and safe. My next door neighbors were extremely noisy and the complex refused to do anything about it. I had zero cell reception in my apartment, and maybe one bar if I walked outside, but I understand that isn't their fault. Once I moved out, they went through and charged me for cleaning, painting, repairs, etc. even though I had hardly been there and the apartment was spotless. I called to discuss the charges with them and they claimed that everything was a flat fee, including the "cleaning service" that went through and didn't do anything. The woman I spoke to at Torcello was extremely rude and hung up on me since she did not want to answer my questions about the charges. I lost my entire deposit and they want to charge me more on top of that.
