State of California Disability Insurance Claims

Every time I/we call this number; 1-800-480-3287 It takes you through a long process before they ask for your ID info. Then after all that a recording comes p evreytime no matter what time of the day that you call, "IT says; "We have reached the maximum number of calls, Please try again later. Yet later it's the same message. I have even tried calling right at 8:00am! !! Ask EDD is the same merry go round, yo go through categories, and sub categories, and do not get to ask them anything, due to their auto- answers are coordinated with their stupid categories!!! Hello? EDD are you listening? Or maybe yo don't want to really serve the public????

Do they have a negative star for rating this? Ive called everyday, several times a day and got the same bull#&$t message. I dont think they ever answer the phones. Lazy. Do you think we have,the money to go to the office every time you make a mistake? No. We are injured and not working. I can see why you need security at your buildings because you play with peoples lives until they are almost homeles and starving... everyone who works and places money in this program deserves better. If it wasnt for the common working man and woman, you wouldnt have a job.how are the lines backed up 8 hours a day. But Im sure the rwsponse would be much more swift once we became criminals to feed our families

.Om not happy with this service. How can you have 1 phone line to serve the whole state? Losing faith in the system. Its best that you fix this. Im sure I speak for everyone whos made this call...
