        Package insured was not delivered Brad who sent & insured the package for me claims after paperwork was submitted on the claim & corporate UPS told us it had been sent to the store where Brad is for the manage to complete the process & pay the insurance Brad has claimed for 3 months that manager has not been in, no contact number for her & he doesn't know her name except Angela & he has no emergency contact number for her. Corporate UPS says it has to be done at the local store & nothing they can do about it.
