Shelby Plumbing and Construction

I want to give him a 0. We hired Chris Shelby to come and make repairs at our daughter's house and he failed to make the repairs and took $320.00 from us. My daughter checked his work the next day and found he had done nothing. She had to hire and pay someone else to make the repairs. He said he was going to give us the money back and to date we have gotten nothing. We are senior citizens, my husband is 83 years old and we need our money back. We offered to pay for the service call only and he promised he would bring us the rest of the money and he has not. This is disgraceful that a man would beat senior citizens out of money at 11:00 at night. Shame on you Chris. We want our money back.
