Investigators at Chase Investigations, Inc. Recently worked a case for me, I received nothing but total professionalism from all involved. I was 100% satisfied with the video and detailed report provided. I would recommend and will utilize their services in the future.

I would like to say that since I posted my review, I sent a written letter to Chase Invest., had a subsequent phone conversation with them and they have graciously supplied me with a copy of the videos I had requested plus a refund for the hours that were not used when I paid my retainer. I do appreciate very much their willinginess to work with me on this matter and as Mr. Todd stated in his letter to me, do very much apologize for any misunderstanding that occurred.
