I also was at this location when this occured. Let me fill in the missing blanks....My mother and I were sitting at the small table in front of the door on FEB 14, WHICH IS VALENTINES DAY. This guy walks in and asks how long the wait would be, ( I counted about 40- 45 people waiitng outside) and the owner told him it was gong to be about 1 1/2 for his family of 11, 3 adults and 8 kids. I heard the owner tell the customer that he may not be able to sit all of them together since space was limited. The customer then said "whats your problem, you dont want kids in here". At this point, everyone was watching this customer because they could not understand why he thought the wait was too long, since it was on VD day and the time was about 6:30 or so. I think that you need to make sure that you give an honest review. Serafinos moved from Mt.Zion in Morrow to Eagles Landing, which is GREAT. I noticed that you said you had eaten at the Other location before, so since it "has roaches", why would you take your family their on a very special occasioan. For all of the customer that want GREAT, FRESH ITALIAN FOOD, this is the place you need to visit. My mother and I have tried different restaurants in ATL, and this one is the BEST. IF YOU KNOW QUALITY AND CLASS, THAN SERAFIONS WILL FIT THAT BILL. ( p.s. as i walked my mother to the restroom and had to wait in line, I noticed the score that was given by the health dept.....guess what???? the first 1 they got a 100 and the most recent one the got a 91.)

This office has not been in service for many years. They have moved to the McDonough area off of Hwy 20. 770/914-5859

PLEASE beware this company should be out of business. They are rude and very unprofessional. The staffing specialist just sit around gossiping and shopping on line all day. They never process you paper work in a timely manner and they always let the phone roll over to voice mail. Not just this location they're all the same. Especially the location at One Overton park they're the worse one of all.
