Sundowner Tractor

I ordered merchandise from their website on Thursday, November 27, 2014 and paid for the order with Paypal. On Friday, December 5th, I called to check the status of my order. In checking they had not even started processing the order. They stated they would have to contact their supplier on Monday. On Monday, December 15th, I contacted them again to check the status of my order. I stayed on hold several minutes and finally they came back and said the order would be shipped to them in a couple of days and they would ship the item to me after they received it. I asked if I would receive an email and she said "No, you placed the order online. You can call back in a few days and we can give you a tracking number." I finally received the shipment today, December 21, 2014. They had taken the fuel tank out of the original packaging and threw it back in the box outside of the packaging. Some of the foam padding attached to the fuel tank was rubbed loose during shipping as a result and I had to reattach this foam packaging. I don't think I will reorder tractor parts from this business.
