Taco Mayo

Not a fast food place we went thru drive thru one pickup at window one waiting at door for order. Place order over speaker she was slow and unsure of how to input remove sause. Then wait 20 min behind pickup finialy some brought the car pull past window a bag. Then 10 more they gave the pickup a bag of chips he left. We drive up after 30 min in line. No drinking ks made the window lady could not multitask. I had a toddler crying by then so I ask for our drinks after I had paid with a 20. She gave me 2 plus change. Finialy she has 2 small drinks we still need food and 2 large drinks. There is a man at the front register I can see him just doodling on a pad. Not trying to help her. No food still 15 more min. She then ask him to fill our other two cups of tea. He did but didn't ha d them out. Just walking around d as no one is waiting brain dead. I ask him could he at least hand our drinks out. He did but was rude no I'm sorry just put out. I had enough when she told him just shut the window. So I wait 5 more min. Then knock on window. People are backed up behind me and inside. I ha nt seen any food going anywhere I told lady at the window if it wasn't ready I wanted my money back. She acted like I had no right to be upset. So I told her this is suppose to be fast food. And the guy wasn't do anything and she wasn't doing anything so I wanted my money back I tried to give her the drinks back BTW. The tea was horrible she wouldn't take it and throw it away. Then she started thing up for the guy saying it was his first day. She then threw 20.00 at me, making her drawer short and I drove off. No one could drink the tea it was bad and I had ask her to take it back she wouldn't so I just dumped it in parking lot. The whole bunch cooks register and window ppl should be fired this place is awful I can't say how the food was as I never say any of it. I drove to taco bueno and had full meals as ordered in less then 2 min. Go there. It was good clean and friendly
