There are better places for less money

A mark of a good martial artist is distraction, then attacking. The teacher of this school is insanely competent and well trained. Sparring the Master, he will find any weak point and then capitalize on it. Its a marital arts school that teaches defense, better taught in the dojang than on the street. So if he catches you off guard with a feint then a kick to the gut, it means you need to work on your defensive skills. Martial arts is full of feints (throwing hands in face), its part of fighting. The goal is to have the student see through the feints, to block or dodge the impending gut or head kick, and parry. For the previous poster, I recommend you study the martial arts and fighting skills. You cannot be a bad-a$$ as a white belt, it takes years! So if you are in a street defense situation and the guy throws punches to the face, then to the gut, by training you'll be able to truly defend against this first line of simple, basic attack. Excellent school!
