Set up an appointment for 1pm because I'd heard there was a long wait to get in. By 1:30pm there still wasn't a stylist available, so I left. Absolutely ridiculous. I don't make an appointment to sit there and wait for service - that's the point of MAKING AN APPOINTMENT.



Customer service over the phone was seriously lacking. Spoke good English (not always a given with this particular service industry) but clearly couldn't care less if I was happy with what they offered. I asked for a 1:30pm or 2pm appointment, I was told "we can only do 1pm" period. No "I'm so sorry, we're booked, is 1pm ok?" or any ounce of hospitality. Okay then. 1pm it is. I called three days in advance, by the way.



The atmosphere showed that they made an effort to be stylish, but was sloppy. Paintings were hung crookedly, mops and brooms out in the open, etc. Like, you tried, but not quite.



Price listing was not displayed anywhere in the store. So I have no idea what they charge for this lackadaisical 'tude.

Na and An do a great job. Won't go anywhere else. Best place in town for a pedicure, and it's easy to get an appointment.

The best nail salon in Stillwater. Been to a few others and no one else compares on quality. I get shellac and it last for a minimum of 2 and a half weeks which I love. Best people working also. Always friendly. Love love love this place!!

Got a shellac manicure and they cut my cuticles way too short. The skin is now peeling at my fingers and hurts extremely bad. The only thing the did different than a polish change was cut my cuticles, no hot wax nothing. Do not go here

Been going there over a year. Every mani and pedi I have gotten has been great.

I have gone to Peter an Hahn since before they opened their own shop. They have made this an elegant location. Love the atmoshere, calm and quiet. Peter has done my nails (solar) and pedicures for years. My daughter is now addicted. They do an awesome job. Don't burn your fingers, don't cut me, do make my nails even and if there is EVER a problem they fix it immediately and never charge. They have even opened early so I could make an appointment I had that day. AMAZING SERVICE. They make sure every single employee is truly certified to do nails/feet. One of the owners (Hahn) has just become certified to Semi-Permanent eye lashes. Had to try them and they have stayed on for 3 weeks, time for a refill so they won't come off. LOVE THIS PLACE!

Ridiculously overpriced and shoddy workmanship. Was very displeased with my manicure and pedicure.
