Ok! The man who owns this does not have the greatest people skills- who cares? He met my husband @ 8pm on a Friday when he was locked out! He did an awesome job helping us find the right place, never bothered us once for anything, we got most of our deposit back when we left & so long as rents paid by the 5th you'll never see or hear from him! Oh! & maintenance was GREAT

VERY RUDE!! Called just to see about looking at a couple of places and his response, in a very rude, annoyed sounding way, was to go online and all the details are there. I told him I did that and that's how I found the properties and asked to look at them. Again, rudely and as if he was annoyed he said go online and look at my policy.. I do not let people view my houses while there is a tenant living there (which is a good thing for a current tenant but what about some one interested in renting?). I asked about the June 1 availability and that our current lease is up May 30 so we would need to move in on June 1 but that I wasnt comfortable signing a lease without viewing the house first. He said, "well then you can look at it May 30 when current tenants move out."



After that phone call and how rude and unprofessional this guy was no way would I ever consider renting from him. I cant imagine how he is as a landlord! Yes, he is probably mostly dealing with college students but he claims to be "skilled in marketing, professionalism, and great service" and after just that one 45 second phone call, there is no way this man is any of that! BEWARE!!!!
