Carpet Kleen

I have been using Carpet Kleen on my rental properties for at least 15 years and have been very happy with their service. They are quick and professional. I use them for regular cleaning to water extraction from a plumbing leak. If I wasn’t happy with a job, they made it right. I recommend them to all my tenants.

Got huge water leak into hall, mainly living room. Subjected my family to dangerous conditions i.e. major equipment running 24/7 with very small children running around, moldy water vapor. Claimed had education to know nobody would get sick, since I was feeling ill from stagnant water vapor. Biochemistry degree proclaimed, I doubt it since he cleans carpets for a living. Kind of makes sense, but come on, what school did he go to, to land a great job moving furniture and sucking up water well into his retirement?

Buckets of water pulled with de-humidifier, whole house really smells of mold. Mainly Im upset because he and the company knows we have small children, and even when I got ill from it he claimed it just wasn't possible that it was from the moldy water in the carpet. His biochem degree lets him understand medicine I suppose, I've been through nursing school and work on med-surgical floor. SImply this company is dangerous, and needs refinement in dealing with customers. Traumatic water and fire damage isnt easy for a small family, their lack of understanding made it a lot worse.

Smallest daughter coughing and has runny nose. Not possible to get pneumonia from stagnant water vapor? B.S.
