        Overall

        My mom and I went to this location and it was the most awful experience. We were there almost 30 minutes and no one ever came to even get our drink order let alone our food order. It was horrible. My mom is the most patient person and she was clearly upset. I told the manager on the way out the door...and he said absolutely nothing....no sorry, no nothing....totally unacceptable.....they definately need to be coached on customer service. However after reading all the other reviews....it seems like they did us a favor by not serving us....seems the food isn't good at all......ughhh
