Donvernon Heating & Cooling

Our AC recently went out in May. I called Donvernon around noon on a Monday as soon as I noticed the problem. The dispatcher said they would send someone out as soon as possible, but warned me that it might take awhile since they were so busy. I assumed "awhile" meant one, maybe two, days, so I didn't get my hopes up that someone would be there that afternoon. The next day at about 3:00 I called to see if they could give me an idea when someone would come out. The lady told me "tomorrow," which was Wednesday. At 3:00 Wednesday nobody had come so I called again, and she said someone would be out "tomorrow." I said, "That's what you told me yesterday." She said, "We'll be out tomorrow for sure." Thursday by 3:00 no one had come, so I called again, and she told me they would be out "tomorrow." That's when I lost it and said, "No Ma'am, you'll send someone out today--period." Long story short, they came out that day and made repairs, but I'll never do business with them again.
