Overall

Positive: Arnold the driver, did arrive on time.



Negatives:

1)The limo arrived with a huge scratch along with few dents over a large portion of the right side of the limo. There was also a dent on the right rear door handle making it hard to open the door for entry and exiting.

2) The limo was also missing a hubcap on that same side with the scratches and dents

3) The limo did not have Ipod connections, Aux port, a working antenna, working screens, all stated in their profile. Therefore we could not listen to anything but static on the way to and from our destination

4) The inside of the limo smelled really old, like a musty old basement, or old bus seats.



I rented this limo for a special event and my event was ruined!!!!



Arnold advised that this company only has 3 limos in circulation but the profile states that they have 20 vehicles. Also, the particular limo I was given was a 2005 model.



Overall, I would NOT recommend this limo company at all. The service that I received was not worth the $75/hr that I paid.

Overall

Sorry did not see these prior to him scamming $1200 from my credit card. He has disappeared. Thank goodness I run travel and it is still two weeks prior so I have found a very reputable company but took this loss of $1200.. If anyone knows where to find this guy let me know.

one star is too generous

STAY AWAY from City Limo. I booked them for my son and his group of friend's senior prom on May 17, 2014. BOOKED a black Hummer for 20 people. Got a very poor condition white Expedition. They were left stranded afterwards for an HOUR. The driver did not answer his phone, the 24/7 main line went straight to voicemail with the mailbox full. We had no one to speak to and had no way of knowing whether the kids were going to be picked up or not. EXTREMELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!! STAY AWAY!

Just want to say a thank you to those who have left reviews. I HAVE NOT used this service, but I was going to because their rates are way better than anyone else in the area. But after searching multiple sites, this company has the same reputation everywhere. I will not use this company based on the bad reviews, and the BBB has an F rating due to bad reviews on there website to. Actually, after much research, I could only find one person that left a positive review. Sorry to those of you who were ripped off but thank you for helping me prevent from getting the same treatment.

We had ordered a black H2 limo for my little brothers funeral.We spoke several times leading up to the event and I was assured I would receive exactly what I ordered.You even offered to send me your extra large black H2-18 passenger at no additional charge.

One the day of the service no black H2 arrived.

Instead a white excursion arrived late to transport my family to my brother's funeral at Arlington.

I immediately called,confused on where the vehicle I reserved was.I was told there was an issue with the "bushing" on the H2. A bushing is a wear item that isn't good one day and bad the next.Id expect they'd be replaced on the first sign of wear, being as this is your vehicle for hire and you are trying to run a profitable business.None the less,your fleet has multiple H2 limos available and I don't know why I was no sent another black H2,more than that,I feel like I should have been contacted and given the opportunity to choose another vehicle. I do not feel as though a white vehicle is appropriate for a funeral procession line. I was EXTREMELY embarrassed.

Further more the vehicle that you sent me was in extremely poor shape.The vehicle had a rusted quarter panel,rusted side steps,massive scratches going down the driver side.The front bumper has clearly had a few fender benders and had a terrible appearance,the back bumper,as well, has missing paint where it has been hit. The whole passenger side has had terrible body work and the stress in the metal was a huge eye sore.The whole vehicle was extremely dirty,covered in road salt which is expected to a point due to the weather,but this vehicle was coated thick and should have at least been hosed off before arriving for our service.And that's just the exterior of the vehicle.

The inside of this vehicle was absolutely DISGUSTING.It appears that it hasn't been touched with cleaning supplies in months.the cup holders and window ledges were coated with dust and the windows were so covered in hand prints you couldn't see through some of them.the upholstery on the seats were torn and dirty,the door handles and arm rest were filthy and badly worn and discolored.the radio was BROKEN and there was NO A/C.The phone to communicate with the driver had wires hanging out the side, on the way to the funeral my parents tried to communicate with the driver to see what he could do about the air conditioning and to ask him to slow down and stop driving so aggressively but your driver did not answer the phone,the phone appeared to work because it was loud enough to be heard in the back on the vehicle (especially since there was no radio).

******THIS VEHICLE WAS ALSO EQUIPPED WITH A SUNROOF,WHICH WAS SHATTERED.....AND COVERED WITH A TRASH BAG!!!!!!



I am 100% dissatisfied with your service and expect a full refund of $760 immediately.I am not completely familiar with all the driving laws in VA,but I am familiar with MD so you can only imagine how in raged I was to be riding in the lane next to your driver on 270N after the funeral and see him texting while he had the lives of my immediate family in his hands.

Let me start off by telling you that I believe this company is a scam to steal your money. The will take your deposit, then not show up for your wedding, them not answer any phone calls or emails. Please do yourself a favor and choose any other company or service other than these lowlifes.

The disappointment of my wedding day!!!!

By far the worst limo service I have ever been involved with, from the owner down to the driver. This company would earn a negative 100 raining from me if possible...city limo from the beginning took withdrew double the amount of the deposit for the limo, then the day of the wedding we called them because at the time they were 30 min. late. The driver lied and said he was five min. away, we waited another half hour and they still didn't show up so we called back and they said that we need to be patient because the traffic isn't their problem.After calling several times with no answer we sent a kind email asking for the limo and again they said five min. away the wedding party waited another 15 min. before wedecide to make our way to our wedding site because we had been pushed back an our and a half for our wedding which also cost us extra money thanks to city limo. They showed up to the wedding site as we walked out after the ceremony was over. The first thing the driver asked for was the debit card so he could make a copy, he didn't say hello, or how's the wedding this inconsiderate person didn't even apologize for being almost 4 hours late. My wife and I decided that we just wanted our money back and didn't want to use the limo...we the called and asked for a refund and the said no...I couldn't believe my ears city limo ruined the most important day of my life and told us no on a refund when all the negative events of our wedding day was caused by their extreme tardiness and lack of customer service...after calling over and over again city limo did say they would refund us the money but it's been a month and we still have not revived a penny I called city limo to speak about what is taking them so long to refund is Te money and they told me that I needed to be patient because they are refunding it in good faith then hung the phone up...I called back three times and they did not pick up...we are still waiting on a refund a month after the wedding, it's gotten to the point where I had to get my lawyer involved. I would never recommend city limo to anyone in fact I recommend that you ride a bike to your event or destinations before even thinking of calling them. Not professional at all, way past rude, and ridiculously bad costumer service. I will never forget how they ruined my wwedding day, again I would rate them a negative 100 if it was possible. Truly a horrible experience from top to bottom.

Overall

I reserved cars to take me to Dulles on a Monday morning and to pick me up on the following Thursday evening and take me home. The Monday car was 15 min. late, which is unacceptable. On Thursday, my flight was delayed from at 9:15 pm arrival to an estimated 10:45 arrival. I called City and told them about the delay and even gave them the flight number so they could track it. When I finally landed at 11:15, I had a message from my driver to call him. I called him and he said to meet him at the Departure level (not Arrival, which is strange). Then when I was half way to the Departure level, he called me back and said he was sorry, it was too late in the evening, he was already home and he was "not able" to pick me up. I called City to get this rectified, but went to voicemail twice. I just took a cab. I will not use City again.

WOW, I don't even know where t...

WOW, I don't even know where to start. My experience with this company was beyond horrific. I booked a 20 passenger Lincoln Navigator for my daughter sweet sixteen party for 5 hours 2pm-7pm , 6 weeks prior to the event. To help everyone understand the severity, this was not just kids riding around in a limo. This was very special event similar to a wedding. Ladies were in gowns, men in tux's. On the day of the event at the time of my pick up they tell me that they over booked and that the sent a bus to transport the party. Although upset i accepted the bus because i was stuck still needing transportation. The bus took us to church which was our first stop. 30 minutes later we exit the church to find ourselves stranded without transportation. YES THEY LEFT. The driver claimed that that he was dispatched to leave that the limo was coming to get us. 40 min later we were still standing there. I then had to call around to get friends to get up to

take us to our other stops. We go to our next stop a park for the photo sessions and the limo company assures me that they will be there to pick us up. But that doesn't happen either. At this point i am beyond the point of upset, Im mad. It is now 5:30 and still no limo. At 6pm the wrong, filthy limo arrives, wrong because I reserved a white lincoln navigator and a white hummer arrives, filthy because it had half empty cups, bottles and trash all over the place.



To make matters worse now after the event I have tried to contact City Limousines on numerous occasions now by phone and email and no one has responded to me. I was trying to resolve this without going to these extremes but have been left with no choice. My next step will be to take legal actions against them. I hope this helps the next person make a better choice in the company that they use.

AGREED. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Would not recommend. Very bad customer service which ended up ruining a special night out. I have made several attempts to collect on the promise of 'a FREE 3 hour limousine ride anytime NO SUVs limo only lincoln black stretch' (as the issues of the night were acknowledged) and he has refused to live up to his promises. I am out $500 for limo services that I did not receive for several hours of the night. Both the DRIVER and limo owner were unreachable during several hours of the night. We had to find our own means of transportation!!

DO NOT USE THERE SERVICES. Worst limo company, drivers, fleet of vehicles I have ever seen. Look for someone else in the VA, MD area to handle your business. I would not trust my corporate, wedding or party event with this compnay.
