Horrible place! Customer service was horrible!

Already wrote review on Yelp! 3 day return policy for the elderly is absurd! We tried to return a basket and a tray for a walker, all in original boxes, never been opened, had original receipt and original invoice. My mother was placed in a day care facility that contracts with Apple. We had purchased these items in advance, so she would be all set. However, day care facility supplies a basket or tray for a walker free of charge! Was told to go back to Apple Homecare Assoc., and return our supplies. We were rudly told that they have a strict return policy on certain medical supplies. A tray and basket are not like a wheelchair or personal hygiene, but even with merchandise with original receipt and invoice,Joni told the rude woman at counter to tell us "no, we have a strict return policy!" Exceptions should of been made for my poor 90 year old mom!

will never shop here again! People beware!!!
