        If there was a zero star button I wouldn't hesitate. They were very rude, customer service wasn't very good. They don't welcome their customers and talk different language in Front of customers. I was there with a problem the other day, I enter the store they looked at me never say hi/hello or welcome to the store or anything. I waited there for at least 10 minutes before I reach out to them and explain my situation however they did not resolve the issue I walked out with a mad face and issue in my bag. I have been to that store quite a few times and had the same experience. I don't usually give bad reviews until something worse happen. This is a bad representation of T-Mobile. Please do your research before visiting this store.

        Absolutely the worst Tmobile retailer I have ever been with. I was very disappointed with the customer service. I would never recomend this place to anyone.

        Very Rude behavior by the manager when I tried to return the phone I bought. He tied to blamed me for a manufacturer deficative iPhone. I don't know how the hell he became a manager so unprofessional.
