Dr. Bob White is a favorite of ours, but all the veterinarians here are excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful and my animals get great care.
MINUS TEN concerning Animal Health & Medical Center -
Dr. White falsified the truth concerning my cat eye infection stating he didn't treat her for it. I requested my cats medical chart as Dr. White primarily saw her for an eye infection (she received at Greens Creek) & blood work for her renal failure.I was told Dr. White didn't treat her eye only her renal failure yet he was the one who gave me instructions on how to use her eye ointment.
Appears this is a case of good ole boy's sticking up each other. Meaning Dr. White with Dr. Cannon at Greens Creek Vet. Dr. Cannon gave me the ointment without instructions. (I told Dr. White about Dr. Cannon lack of care for small animals)
When I called for fluids for my cat they refused to see her nor give her fluids fully knowing she's in renal failure. When I stated the above I got a call back I could come in and get the fluids yet today when I called back they told me NO. Ummm?
If this is the kind of 'caring' Vet you want for your pet ---good luck.
