        Let me start by saying that if you’re reading this, then you are in the Winchester area and so I warn you DO NOT use GSSN. You are welcome to read about my review and experience on Yelp, Yellow Pages and Google.

        As for Carl and CW Mossor, I don’t have enough space to tell you how fantastic this experience was!!!!

        Carl checked all the most important boxes when it comes to customer service: fantastic communication, quick response, timeliness and prompt professional services. He was patient and informative when it came to answering all my questions and we are very grateful we have met an honest HVAC person in the area.

        The air conditioning compressor on our heat pump went out 3+ weeks ago. The home warranty company sent someone out and a week later they finally showed up. We were so disappointed with the first company, we requested a second opinion and that’s when we met Carl Mossor.

        He showed up the next day, took his time and did a full diagnosis. We were going to need a new compressor and a new motor, which isn’t unusual when your system is 17+ years old.

        Within five days Carl was able to get a new unit in hand for the outside and made arrangements to install it that very Friday - Just in time for the long hot Memorial Day weekend.

        I just can’t say enough about the wonderful experience Carl provided our family and I highly/confidently recommend him for any of your HVAC needs.
