Johnnie's Tile & Marble Dist

If you could give it "0" stars I would. We ordered 6 pieces of pencil tile to top off some areas of our backsplash in the kitchen. It could not have weighed more than 2lbs. In the three conversations we had before the tile arrived did they ever mention a "FREIGHT" charge? NO! Very deceiving on their part. So, you can imagine my shock when I picked it up and was charged $30.00 for FREIGHT. All she could say was it depended on where it was shipped from. (Never did tell me.) I don't live in Statesville and had to drive to pick it up. For that price the could have hand delivered it and installed it! We will be building a new house in Troutman in the next two years and I will not be going back to Johnny's.

We had our tile worked on. They painted our tile. The floor looks great. Very professional. Kept to their quote.

Worst tile store ever. I've dealt with many over the years, and they all will take returns if you pay a small restocking fee. These people will not. If you buy it, you won't be able to return it for credit.
