Family Fence

This is one company that I called to get an estimate for a fence job. I called 3 times and never a call back. After reading these reviews I'm so glad he never reached out to me.

Id have to say I disagree with the reviews on here. My husband and I also met with the owner Chris. He showed up for our appt on time with a confirmation call before hand. He took the time to answer all our questions and give us a great price. Install went well and everything looks beautiful. Thanks Family Fence!

Don't let his wife fool you..She is in on the whole deal. Make sure you keep your money til you are satisfied.....

I wasn't surprised to see this review regarding family fence. We set an appointment with them MONTHS ago to have a fence put up, and a cash deposit. Heavy guy (Chris I believe) just never called me to set up an appointment and when I called to find out what was going he said he couldn't do it until next week. Hmm... would've been nice if you could have told me that. I tried explaining that we arranged our vacations from work etc around this, and he kept cutting me off "Listen, this is how it is" in a very domineering way to try and intimidate me... I was very nice as we really needed this fence up, and even kindly stated that I felt he was being rude (VERY bad customer service!)... his temper burst and he ended up pawning me off on his employee/wife and now my deposit is supposedly on it's way. If it's not, I'll be contacting the better business bureau SO fast it'll make their heads spin. I feel bad for his wife (at least she was nice!), having a crazy mean husband like that. He was acting like we were lucky to have his services... he can take that idea and shove it where the sun doesn't shine. Thankfully now I can get a reputable company that actually knows how to install fences (obviously by the previous review this guy doesn't know a fence from a toilet). It is just a huge inconvenience as they were recommended by a friend (shows his character that he STILL treated us like crap knowing we're friends with his family friend), and we've been banking on them for months!

Chris the owner has no knowledge of how to install a fence. They have no clue when it comes to measurements, grade or height. They can barely dig holes correctly. He does not honor written contracts so be very careful, hold back your payments until you are COMPLETELY SATISFIED . You would think he is a rookie when comes to installing fences. You would be better off doint it yourself. And if you do decide to use them... pay attention to every detail of the fence. also be very very clear so that a 5 year old could understand , as to what you want.
