I will never use or recommend this company. After waiting 2 days for service men to show up, they just canceled. The office staff is clueless as to what the workers are doing or if they intend to show. Another company, Erick Loper, showed up within 24 hours and did a great job. I highly recommend him.

I have NEVER written a poor review online for anything my entire life, but I felt compelled to after our experience with these folks the past few years. About 3 years ago, they installed a central AC heat pump into our attic. Right from the start, we were not impressed. The older man was very rude, and they did a poor job overall. For example, they punched a hole through our ceiling while doing the project and weren't going to fix it until we made them. Also, they messed up the attic pull door so that it wouldn't close, and again, they weren't going to fix it until we requested that they did. After all, WE didn't do it. And after they "fixed" it, it still didn't close properly and the white paint was all messed up, which they never fixed. Since then, they have been back to our house at least 3 times, possibly 4, to FIX mistakes they made. It hasn't mattered whether the men were in their young 20's, middle-aged, or older--they've all made a mistake that has caused problems a year (or less) later. This past summer, our air conditioner went out again, and a guy came to our house one Friday morning and said he thought he had the part to fix it at his office, that he would be back that afternoon. Well, when it got to be 4 o'clock, we called the office and explained the situation to the lady, and she said she'd try to get up with the guy and get back in touch with us. No one ever got back in touch with us to let us know what was going on, and they were closed on Saturday. So, we had to go all weekend without air in the awful heat. We had to call ourselves on Monday morning to find out what was going on. Needless to say, we will be using someone else from now on, no matter how far away!! Awful service, awful communication. We've been shocked!

We called on Monday to get someone to simply come to our house and blow out a line. The lady that took the call explained that they were busy and that it wouldn't be that day. That seemed reasonable. She took my information and promised to call me back.We never got a call back. Tuesday afternoon I called back and spoke to a lady named Kim who could find no record of my call. I asked her what could be done and she basically had no answers and became very rude and disrespectful and told me to take my business elsewhere. At no point did she ever apologize for the inconvenience or provide any time frame for when they could get out here and handle this very simple procedure. She cursed and told us that our call would have to go to the back of the line since we were new customers. I asked to speak with the owner. She said he was out on a job, which is expected this time of year. I asked her to have him call me to discuss the matter as well as her poor handling of the situation. We never got the call. A competing A/C company, Loper, was able to come out in less than 24 hours. They had the job handled in less than 15 minutes, shook my hand and we all went on with life.
