I have been a customer of Dial One Soneshine for many years. They are the designers of my current HVAC System. With annual maintenance, we enjoy perfect interior temperature all of the time. This company is honest and does not take any shortcuts. The service professionals that come to my house are very polite and have a great work ethic. This time it was JUAN S. who made a service call for the Heater and he was very professional and went out of his way to make sure everything was working perfectly for the upcoming winter. He also answered questions regarding my thermostat. The work that is usually performed is mainly in my attic and I am careful who may go in my attic, as there are so many things that can go wrong there. With Dial One Sonshine, damage to my property is not even an issue at all. If you are seeking long term quality and service, DIAL ONE SONSHINE is the number one choice.

I have lived in my home for over 40 years and Eric Y was the best plumber I have ever used. He was super knowledgeable and his work was quick, efficient and clean. He was able to solve a problem that others could not. I had been told a shower part had been discontinued but he found it and was able to fix it without tearing apart the shower. His assistant Tyler was also excellent. Also , talking to Melinda on the phone made scheduling easy. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Had some issues with my HVAC system and John Renteria came out on 2 occasions to help with the problems. He was great to work with, extremely knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing in detail so that it all made sense.
I would highly recommend both Dial One Sunshine and John if you need anything HVAC related. A+ Work

Dial One installed my air conditioner in 2003. They have come back every year to check and maintain my air conditioning unit. John M has been the technician doing the service for me for about the last 10 years. His son, Tyler M, has accompanied John for the past 2 years. Both technicians are friendly, cooperative, and do a great job of maintaining my air conditioning unit. I feel like John is a friend and not just a Dial One technician.

We recently had a plumbing nightmare at our home and Dial One Soshine was there when we needed them most. They came out on a Sunday evening to get the situation under control and returned on Monday, as promised, to complete the job! I would recommend these guys to any friends, family or strangers!

Very happy with Dial One Sonshine and there staff. I have been a customer since 2002 and they have done a lot of work in my home. Recently I called because my kitchen sink was backed up, Trevor my plumber came out quickly and took care of my problem for only $99. I felt it was a very great price for the service I got. Like I said I have been a customer for a long time and will continue to use them in the future.

The technician, Shawn appeared extremely educated of our plumbing issue and convinced us the work was necessary to solve our water pressure problem. Gave me some coupons which made me feel I was getting a good value. We had other plumbing issues afterward (unrelated) and asked to quote the work Dial One did for us. Both estimates were about $400 less than what we paid! Since then, I have placed several calls to the company to explain the extreme charges. Surprisingly, no one has returned my calls. What cowards.

Dial One is great, they came to my house quickly and fixed my Air conditioner at a reasonable price. My concern was how fast they could get to my house since I have 2 small children and my house was about 90 degrees. Very professional and on time.

Don't work with them. I called them for plumbing issue, but they only cared about the money. They couldn't even find which pipe line had problem. Overpriced!! You can easily find any other company for same service and same quality(even better quality) at half price. I should have searched more company.
