Vine Place Apartments

I recently just moved out of vine place appartments because of my transfer in the millitary, they tried to take money away from me, for things in which the soldier and saliors act portects millitary members from happining, also things that where against VA state law they tried to do. now i am supposed to recive my deposit back minus what i was told $35 for carpet cleaning, almost two months later i have not recieved the rest of my deposit back, when i contacted them about this, they said that the fee for carpet cleaning was $75, wich we do not have on papper, what the bbill on paper is is $35. it seems like they are trying to sqeeze all the money out of us, the appartment wasnt bad, besides the cops where out almost every night because of insidences, the managment seems confused and unrelieable, definatly un orginized and sometimes they realy seem like they dont care. the whole time that i lived there i took well care of the appartment and whaen i moved out the appartment was spotless and everthing was payed, there was never a problem with me i never gave them any problems, i guess even if you are a good customer the company can still treat you like crap and not care about you! research this place and think about this before you move in!
