Wax Works Auto Detail

Awful customer service!!! The office manager, Dennis, is RUDE! They recently went up on cost and it's simply not worth it. Don't waste your time, money or expectations on this place, as it has gone downhill!!! My hubby took my car in for a wash on a Friday. They did a great job on the interior but the widows could have used more attention but that's not the main issue so here goes. Unfortunately, it rained all day Saturday and the car wash is closed on Sundays. So when we called on Monday to confirm their 24 hour rain check policy, Dennis told us that we would have had to come in on Sunday for the re-wash. "...but wait...aren't you closed on Sundays?? So how does that work??" His response was, "that is a chance you have to take on Fridays." I called back to ask for the owner, Anthony, and Denis told me that Anthony is in everyday from 4 - 6, then hung up on me. When I called back and asked for the owner at 4:15, Denis hung up on me...again. I called back several times and someone, I assume it was Dennis the menace, picked up the phone and immediately hung up. Utterly ridiculous! I just want you to honor your policies. I called back yet again and Dennis finally spoke and asked if he could take down my name and number. Needless to say, I declined. The likelihood of Dennis relaying my msg is slim to none!

So, Anthony, if you are reading this, I'm a long time client who will never return. I was reluctant after the price hike, but I refuse to pay more for such horrible customer service and declining service. Goodbye!

When I first got to the place, one person comes to the car and asks me which service I wanted and I asked which ones are available. I wanted to get the most detail done and he quoted me $150 and asked me to go into the office for paperwork. When I walked into the office, the guy tells me that the price is $199 for the same detailing that I was given the quote outside. After talking back and forth and to not ruin my day any further I agreed as long as the price I paid was worth it. I was told to pick up the car at 6 at the closing time. I got there and saw that my tint in the front driver window was damaged. Upon inquiring, the manager became rude and yelling asking me to bring a proof that it was not damaged from before. I am not a ghetto to ask for some discount by showing a prior damage. Mistakes happen and a professional place would have handled it accordingly. I will never ever get any service done at this place and DO NOT recommend anyone to go to this hole in the wall
