It was not a good experience. It took probably 20 phone calls and three nmonths to get the equipment back. I heard lots of excuses. They took my money and didn't do a thing.

I took an 'offbrand' LCD flat screen TV that we blew out at a tailgate last year. I didn't think they would be able to fix it much less within 2 days and less than I estimated I would spend to do it myself! I took it in on Tuesday and that afternoon I got a call that afternoon that the part I needed was no longer being made, but they could rebuild one and had my TV working again that afternoon. The cash discount was over the top!

I am extremely suprised at the level of customer service and technical expertise that Ronald and his team have put together. I highly recommend anyone in the SW Houston area to give them a call for any TV and high end electronics service.

I recently took an older model flat screen t.v. in that i thought was probably trash. Stewart's not only fixed it for a more than reasonable price, but helped me with some picture issues i was having with my PS3. I called several times after i brought the t.v. home and Ron gladly helped me every time until i was satisfied. Service like that is very difficult to find any more, i highly recommend him. The price was fair and customer service fantastic, i plan to take all my electronics there from now on. Well done, thank you!
