This business has a schedule system that does not work. The young lady on the phone/desk is rude, mean, and even states it is not her "problem". The business model is for you to get on the internet once a week, only on Wednesday, between 3pm and 4pm to schedule a lesson...this ends up being 1-2 hours you spend on the computer to get scheduled. However, after following their rules that they do not follow, one finds that there is no way to get an "open" slot for a lesson because they have over booked way too many students for each week--meaning you play a game of musical chairs and if you are not lucky enough to get an "open slot" then you have to wait until next week. As a customer who "paid in full" for services that became increasingly difficult to get because of all the hoops one has to jump through just to get a lesson scheduled. Next time, you pay the customer for the doing the work of scheduling students that should have been done by your business in the first place!!!
