UPDATE: I just had to contact my bank because Becky fraudulently altered my check amount from $70 to $80 (and it's VERY obvious - my bank was shocked that her bank honored it - the written out amount was clearly seventy and her changing the 7 to an 8 is glaringly obvious), I'll be calling the shop today if they do not give me a full refund for the horrible low-light job (which I paid someone to fix) then this check is going to the DA's office. I thought it was bad before but now I'm beyond furious about this whole ordeal.



Original Review: I went there to have low-lights put into my hair, I asked for chunky and dramatic (thick) and I came out with barely noticeable little strips. Becky told me she would redo it at no cost because she did not do it the way I had requested and then on the day of my redo appointment (after she cashed my $70 check) she called and said that her supervisor said she couldn't redo it at no cost (even though my check was made out to Becky personally) and wanted an additional $50? Very poor business practices and I am going to contact the BBB, I have pictures of my hair showing you cannot even see the low-lights that I paid for. I want my money back but I know that's not going to happen.

very good place, I would recommend this salon great hair stylists and coureous service.
