DO NOT ASK TO USE A SMALL PIECE OF TAPE AT THIS LOCATION. There response will be "NO we sale tape right over there" as they point to the roll that is probably $5.00. These people are all rude to their customers and it is not just one employee they are all ignorant I will gladly drive to the Spanish fork or Provo office just to avoid these ridiculously rude people. Another time I went to this office it was 5:34 they was closed but I just wanted to drop off some packages that were already paid for I heard them talking through the wall so I peeked at the gray haired man through the drop hole and I asked him if I dropped these off if they would go out that day he was silent so I asked again and said I can see you there so he rudely said drop the packages in the slot I said will they go out tonight then he again said "drop the packages in the slot" after I dropped four in he said how many more do you have you will have to take the rest to Provo I about died

I just left this post office in tears. The man who helped me after I waited in line for 45 minutes was incredibly rude and condescending to me. Honestly, I have never been spoken to in such a rude and condescending way. It seems his entire goal was to make me feel stupid. Plus, there was only one person there for the first half hour I was in line. He only came out to help once the line reached 6 more people. Horrible experience, horrible treatment.

Every time I go in there they always have such bad customer service skills. always scowling at people and act like they are so much better then anyone who comes in their door. Their location is the only good thing about visiting this office.
