My wife and I were looking for landscapers to help us put in the yard for our first home. As we're new to owning a home and to landscaping we were really nervous about not knowing what to do or getting taken advantage of. But from day one Brandon put all our fears to rest. He was the first landscaper to respond to our requests and was the first person on site to provide us with estimate and answer our questions. We talked to a large number of other landscapers and found no one that was as responsive, as affordable and as trustworthy so we went ahead with Tipton.



It was a fantastic decision. Our yard looks absolutely fantastic (we've had a number of people from the neighborhood text us out of the blue telling us how much they like our new yard). They exceeded all our expectations and were super helpful at making sure all our concerns/questions/wants were satisfied as we moved forward. They did fast and efficient work and communicated well with us the entire time. I really can't think of a way that they could have done a better job of customer service and quality. We heard so many horror stories about landscapers taking advantage of people or scamming them for extra money so we were very happy that our experience was perfect.



On a personal note, we had a major family crisis (cancer + complications) occur shortly after the contract was signed which severely limited our ability to be "hands on" with the project. Brandon was beyond understanding and supportive throughout the whole thing and has expressed personal interest in our family's well being. He took care of so many things for us, even calling other contractors and laborers to get things done/fixed for us so we wouldn't have to worry about it. We were touched by his care for us and the project. I don't want to get too sappy, but please get in contact with me if you have any questions/concerns.

Tipton Landscaping helped us with our yard when we moved into our newly built home. We had no yard and they helped us with sprinklers, drip system, rock wall, and sod. Brandon was great to work with. He was extremely communicative and always kept me updated on the project. Their pricing was great and offered a wonderful value for the price. The crew was skilled and fast. I couldn't believe how quickly they trenched and installed the sprinklers. They underestimated the amount of sod we needed and we realized we were short by just a couple hundred feet as we finished up laying it. Tipton ordered the additional sod but did not charge us anything extra and even laid it for us. The grass came in beautiful and dark green. All our neighbors wanted to know where we got our grass. Tipton is still responsive when I call with any questions or need help with a repair (we had a downspout come loose from the underground drainage pipe). We did not buy plants through them but Brandon gave me a free consultation to help me choose plants on my own. We had the work done in May 2013 and I'm writing this review in Nov 2013. The grass gets great water coverage and we have not had any major problems with the work that was done. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience.

Stop looking for a landscaper.......once you find Tipton Landscaping, you have hit the jackpot!

I was searching for a landscaper to start from nothing but a yard full of weeds and had 4 different people come over to look at our yard and help us figure out how to fit a lot of things in a small yard.

A couple of them were nice and had a couple ideas, 2 of them never even followed through to get us a bid. I called for 2 weeks to these others just trying to get a bid and never did. One landscaper even told us that it wasn't possible to get everything we wanted into our smaller yard.

We were referred to Tipton Landscaping by a friend and that was the greatest blessing of our lives! Brandon showed up, so energetic with tons of ideas and creative things we could do to make everything fit that we wanted. Nobody else had even come close to these amazing ideas. He really cared about us and our family and treated us as friends, not just a job. Within 15 min after we were done looking at the yard, he had a bid written up for us and in our hands.....slightly different than the 2 I was basically begging for a bid. His bid was super competitive to the others and we were getting a lot more things for about the same price. We felt VERY good about them and signed up on the spot.

The communication was amazing, Brandon was so great to keep us updated every step of the way with what they were doing & what the plans were. They showed up every time when he said they would. He was at the site multiple times a day checking on things, having me come out and look at everything and make sure I was happy with it all and checking to see if there is anything I wanted changed. I have never worked with anyone that was so on the ball in this line of work and he was always so nice and I felt he truly cared about us and our satisfaction.

They were very quick at getting the job done, from start to finish, it was just over a week. They went the extra mile fixing and adjusting things to make everything perfect without me even asking. They threw in several extras that I wanted for nothing and spent a lot of time making sure it was just perfect and that I was happy in every way.

They have been very fair in me getting them paid and worked so well with me on any issue I had. I feel so happy & so thankful that I was introduced to them. You WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! I have talked to many neighbors that had a terrible experience with their landscaper and heard my story and have asked for Tipton's number after seeing their work and hearing how amazing they are. So many of my neighbors have stopped and commented on how incredible the yard looks and what a great job they did.

They also referred me to RJG Construction for my concrete work and that was a great reference as well. We had a lot of concrete poured and they did a fantastic job on that. We have been so pleased. There were a couple things that we wanted changed with the concrete and they were right there to take care of them.

This whole experience has been an amazing one and you cannot go wrong with this company. I am very picky and they have exceeded my expectations by 110%. Thank you Tipton Landscaping! I will tell everyone I know about you!
