The BEST carpet cleaner I've ever had! The tech, Yohanse was great, professional, personable, knowledgeable on the process and even explained the process to me excellently. My carpets are sooooo clean! I used Sears and they were awful, horrible, my carpets were worse than before they "cleaned" them, but Smart Choice was superb! I will get my carpets cleaned by them every year. I'm hoping Yohanse will come back if he isn't the supervisor or owner by next year....he's that good. Thanks for a job more than well done.

They were prompt, very conscientious, and not afraid to attack stubborn stains (pet). The carpet is clean and dried quickly. I have recommended this company to my neighbors and plan to use their service again.

It turns out choosing Smart Choice was indeed THE smart choice! We had stains so bad we were ready to throw out all our carpet, but gave it one more chance. Smart Choice turned old into like new! Thanks John for being willing to clean a car carpet -- even though this is not a service typically offerred. My car carpet, with many years old coffee stain, was deplorable. Not only was the carpet cleaned beyond expectation -- there was no odor. I am highly sensitive to cleaning fumes and most cleaning products. I am the owner of BEyond FITness Personal Training Studio in Arlington, VA. In December 2009 a pipe burst from the adjacent apartment building and flooded my studio. I would highly recommend Smart Choice Cleaning for any residential or commercial cleaning project! John and Lisa cleaned my basement carpet before the Christmas holidays. They explained their procedures, answered my questions, and then went to work! I especially was impressed with the little extras such as the plastic corner guards so the hoses did not rub again the walls or stairway wood. When they were finished, the carpet smelled clean and fresh....no toxic chemical smells. I was very happy with their reasonably priced work!

John came through and did an estimate for us on the carpet of a new home that we bought. We thought the carpet was in horrible condition. John assured us that he would take his time to give the carpet the deepest clean ever, but he did let us know of things that may not come out. Needless to say, John made the carpet look like it was brand new. I thought he ended up replacing it, because it looked totally different, and it is not just surface cleaned. Smart Choice also cleaned the entire home for us, which saved us the headache that it was cause to clean it ourselves. The company even cleaned out the rental townhome that we moved out off.



Now many companies wanted to charge us tons of money to do all of this work, but Smart Choice did the same work for us at a reasonable price. Anything that we weren't happy with, they where willing to come back and re-do for us.

Hello My name is Terry, and I had to come and write a review on the great service i recieved from Smart Choice Cleaning, It all started as soon as I made the call. Lisa answered the phone and in a pannic I said " I need my carpet cleaned at a great price and I need it today" she replied "Mam we are booked for the day" and before she could finish I asked " Lisa are you married" she replied "Mam" then explained my In-Laws were coming on short notice and I need alot of help asap.
