        Beware. This guy has run away ...

        Beware. This guy has run away from job site with $4000.00 and did not honor a contract to finish the job. Please stay away from this contractor. He tried to increase the project cost by 150 % and tried to extort the additional money all payable in advance to him. Beware... Do not pay any money upfront or until completely satisfied with this persons job.
