Rpm Recovery

These people towed our vehicle tonight had no clue what happened to my vehicle. Thank god for a great couple who showed up n explained what exactly happened. I was stranded several miles in the heat with two kids. The signs where not visble enough. Never heard of this but since my car was parked by building n not 2 ft away in same area they charged me 175.00 this is hwy robbery down right ridiculous... Worst day ever our move cost us over 200.00
