        I went into the Quilt Sampler to price a new quilting machine, as well as three other local sewing machine stores. I was price comparing to see what kind of great deal I could get. The staff at Quilt Sampler didn't seem to enthusiastic to help, give details on machines I would be interested in or offer a test drive on any of them. The other three stores I visited did allow me to test drive the machines. The Quilt Sampler was much higher in pricing and wouldn't budge much to make a sale. I ended up buying a machine from another local competitor. Then today, the Quilt Sampler lost a sale on 12 cuts of fabric due to the fact their bargin fabric ($7.99 per yard) is sold only as 1 yard cuts. I only needed 1/2 yard cuts. All the other fabric was 11.49 or higher per yard....I guess you cannot get a bargin at the Quilt Sampler. I ended up at another store where I could get a much better price. I learned my lesson today!

        Bought my Bernina 830 there and they have all kinds of classes lots of ideas.

        Great atmosphere in the shop! Cheery and lots to look at.

        Love the shop and the Tulsa one too!
