        I was told that I had a crack ...

        I was told that I had a crack in the heat exchange, told the guy that, he was very rude, asked how much do their furnaces run, he told me first we have to come out and charge you $60.00 to take the heat exchanger out to see if it is cracked, then it could cost me up to $4000.00
