Worst furniture store in Springfield area. The sales person was incompetent and gave poor customer service. The delivery involved the wrong furniture, wrong rug sizes, wrong everything. When I called the store, they were not helpful and gave the worst customer service imaginable. I will never shop there again and encourage no one else to- unless you want the worst experience possible.

BEWARE OF HAVERTYS IN SPRINGFIELD MISSOURI!! About 6 week ago we purchased a new bed. When delivered it had a hole in it with a red marker circle around the hole. After three weeks of waiting to get replacement they delivered another defective mattress to our house. This time with a big hump in the middle of the bed. The driver said it would go away. IT DIDN"T We now sleep on the couch. They wont take it back until we wait 30 days. Ive called the General Manager of the local Havertys and he will not return my call. I did speak to the asst manager who says he will call back and then does not. Wish I would have purchased some were else.
