I love the location. Its quiet and peaceful. Grounds are kept. I love living here

These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. It's great having two pools to swim in and being able to have my fur babies live with me and them have a place to run. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

We've lived at English Village for several years. It's affordable and close to downtown/65/I-44.

I have had a wonderful experience living here. The staff is friendly and helpful, if anything goes wrong they a quick to fix it.

English Village is a beautiful property, has very clean apartments, and is a very quiet neighborhood.

Love living here at English Village this is my 8th year. The ground maintenance and office staff is awesome. Any issue we have they fix within 24 hours. Easy renewal process. Grounds are always really clean. And they have 2 pools on the property.

Ive lived here for many years and will continue to. The management team does a really good job at keeping everything up to date. The neighborhood is always quite and safe. They have 2 pools and lots of laundry rooms on the property.

Affordable, spacious, great staff, decent neighbors, quiet, secure, not 1 but 2 pools, plus, great location, and off street parking, make English Village more than just an option...it’s a choice. What’s not to love!

They always handle are issues quickly. Very kind and helpful staff. The neighbors are great and easy to get along with.

I have lived here for the past 9 years and any issue I have ever had has been properly addressed by management and the management company. My daughter and her husband have lived here the past 24 years and they love it as well. It is a very safe community and the grounds are kept very clean.

I've lived here 5 years and they have always worked with me. The new leasing team is an AMAZING set of ladies. Super happy with them

English Village is conveniently located near Missouri State University and the downtown area, as well as a short drive onto the highway to get to any place in Springfield you want. The staff is friendly and helpful and you can't beat the price! The buildings are older but still in good shape. Free carpet installation is offered with lease renewal, which is nice. They also offer rent discounts for outdoor decorations for holidays.

We have a new manager every couple months, and none of them ever know what they are doing. I have lived here for over 2 years and have maintenance issues that I acknowledged upon moving in that have still not been repaired. One of the previous managers found it ok to regularly park her car in the handicap space in our building (she was also a resident) because it was the closest to the entrance, and then eventually just removed the handicap sign and installed a manager parking only sign, which is still there. Despicable. I think the neighbors just like to turn up their car stereos and drive in circles around the building during the night, as well. I don't hear too much noise from the adjacent units, though. I don't think the managers enter apartments much, but its hard to say because they don't leave any kind of notice to let you know if you weren't home when they entered. Overall this is easily the worst apartment I have ever rented. I'm glad to be leaving.
