Eko Park Apartments

I have lived in my unit for almost a year now, and have loved everything that's included in the cost of my rent! We have had quite a few maintenance issues, but all are resolved very quickly by the friendly maintenance staff! Bebe is an excellent property manage and communicates effectively with her tenants. We love living in the middle of the city because Kansas Exwy provides and easy route to south Springfield, and we're just minutes from downtown!

I have been a resident here for about 6 months now. Management is very friendly and responsive. Rent includes all utilities, internet, and cable. Overall, a great place to live!

Eko park is a wonderful place to live. Their rent is very reasonable, especially since utilities (including internet) are included. They host a meal for the residents once a month which is also a bonus. Any repairs that need to be done are taken care of in a reasonable amount of time, and the pool is always clean. Our property manager is absolutely awesome!

Everything is dirty

Everything is broken and takes forever to get fixed.

And the management is very nice until you sign the lease then they're the worst. Go somewhere else!! You'll pay too much for too little.

I sadly thought this was going to be a good place to live. If you have any problems do not expect them to fix it!!! Dishwasher was nasty they wouldn't come clean it. Funny when they say they clean when people move out clearly not. Bug problems and when you tell them they arent concerned AT ALL. They dont have enough parking spots. If you leave at night do not expect to park by your building because 9/10 you will not be able to. They mow and get the grass all over your patio. Neighbors are loud in the walk area and you can hear everything. Especially loud drunk people coming home at 3am. Terrible place to live. After we moved in they said they would be by within the week to fix some stuff messed up from the last person. Ha!!! We have been here 3 months and they have never been by to fix crap.
