Overall

Very disappointed with my detail. I spent over $230 for the "Elite" detail and the detail was anything but elite. I still had dirt/dust all over my steering column, several spots on my dash, and not one of the many scratches they promised would be buffed out and/or wet sanded out were removed. The guy I spoke to even admitted they didn't wet sand anything after telling me the day before they would. They did offer to run it back through but I didn't have time, they already had my truck for an entire day. Will not be doing business there again.

Overall
I will start out with the posi...

I will start out with the positives. They did an average job waxing the outside of my car..... That is it.



Now on to the Negatives... I took my car here for an estimate to have my car detailed. The first estimate i received was for $269 to do the inside and outside of my car. Now I have had my car detailed before and the highest bid that I received was $175 so $269 sounded outrageous. He said that they did a better job and used newer techniques and so on. I said the most I would be willing to pay would be 175. They agreed and I dropped my car off 2 weeks later. After I dropped my car off I got a phone call from Dee who is the owner and she said she didn't know who gave me the estimate but it was much lower than what they normally do and it just wasn't enough money to do the inside and outside of my car. I told her we had made an agreement and we went back and forth until she agreed. I picked my car up the next day and the outside looked good however the only thing they did to the inside was vacuum it and wipe down the dash board. I lifted my kids car seats up in the back and there was still food underneath them!



I had a few other problems like they say they pick up and deliver for free however we tried to take advantage of that service and they first said there company truck was broken down and then said we were to far out even though we are only about 4 miles away. So all in all I paid $175 to have the outside of my car waxed and my carpets vacuumed. Now I am not cheap but I think for One Hundred and Seventy Five of my Hard Earned Dollars they should earn every penny. They didn't even come close!



You can get much better customer service and much more for your money if you go elsewhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Hope this helps!
