Briarwood Village Apartments

I have just renewed my lease for the third year. I appreciate the management here. They keep you informed of changes and updates to the property. Maintenance is quick too. I love the free internet and have not had any service interruptions. It's an overall good place to rent and I'm happy to call it my home.

I have just signed my second lease! I have been living here for a year with my yellow lab. It's pretty quiet and it's great that the internet is included. I have had to make several maintenance requests and they have always been quick to respond. The Resident Portal app is very convenient. Rent is reasonable, also. That's really what matters most!

I have lived at the apartment complex for a few years and for the most part have enjoyed it. The included internet access is pretty quick and reliable. I have had a few maintenance requests and other than a delay with getting my hot water heater fixed, the repairs have been done in a timely manner. It is convenient that you can pay for laundry using an app on your phone instead of having to carry along a bunch of quarters. The fan in the living room is nice, especially during the hotter summer months. Overall, it is not a bad place to live.

Good place to live and cheap! I’ve lived here for a year and the neighbors are nice. The place is within walking distance of a Walmart and a 5 minute drive away from many restaurants. Only thing I wish was better would be the parking lot but other than that it’s a solid spot!

Living here has been great, maintenence is super responsive and anything that has needed fixing has been done same day. It's also close to a lot of stores and right off Glenstone. The internet is included in rent and is very fast as well!

The location is convenient and the maintenance team responds quickly. The internet speeds are really fast and the living room is very spacious. I would recommend living here, especially for the price!

I have lived at Briarwood Village for almost 4 years now. It is great! I love the fast free internet. It is very close to the Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market and isn’t too farfrom the mall. The maintenance staff is very prompt and the office manager is very helpful. you can also auto-pay rent so you don’t have to worry about turning in rent each month. Plus there is only one other utility payment to pay. Briarwood is very cost effective if your college student or living on your own.

Awesome apartments, nice pool. Good sound proofing! The quality of the apartments is high and the management gets things done fast.

I've lived here for around 6 months with a one bedroom and the price, staff, and locals are great. The place has a pool, basketball, tennis, and volleyball court. It's extremely quite and peaceful in the building I live in, and they are pet friendly, I own a cat here and I see small and big dogs everywhere in other buildings.

Very pleasant since the day I have moved in. The staff gets things done in a nice timely fashion and are friendly as well. The courtyard is peaceful and it is in a great location in Springfield.
