No Call/ No Show's for me as well.
With all of the recent storm damage, our roof needs replaced. We had an appointment and they didn't show up. I called to ask if they were coming and they said they need to reschedule as they are to busy. I just said forget about it. I altered my schedule for the visit with A1 only for them to do the no call no show.
Every one's time is valuable, and in when you take off of work to meet a alleged creditable roofing company the time you miss from work goes towards your total cost... A-1 roofing didn't even bother to call,then when we called to see if they needed directions, the told us they weren't comming,then put my wife on hold, once they came back to they line they asked us if we could do it again tomorrow...lol
I am very proud of my roof all because of this wonderful company. I couldn't have asked for anyone better!
Very professional, curtious, knowledgeable and the clean up is phenomenal
