I go to airway auto even ever I need any parts for any of my cars. They always have the best prices and great service. thank you airway auto for always being there to help.

I am one of those unhappy customers, don't advertise what your re not willing to stand behind, I would have been much better off to have bought a decent car then excepting your empty promise to "free parts for the life of the car".

Airway Auto Parts sells over 10,000 parts to happy cutsomers a year. The only people who complain are the ones who did not get something for free because we made a mistake advertising the part. ? We are human and we make mistakes. For that we are sorry. Its called human error, get over it !

guy looked like I was crazy when I asked for help popping the hood and cleaning the snow off-must be a reason that he is selling cars out of a junk yard. poor service!! I went elsewhere..

I just seen a\one of their ads on craigslist then I went to their website car was same price in both locations. When I called they immediately informed me the price was 1/3 more that that one place was an error. I stated its that price in 2 separate locations. Dennis Then was very rude an stated to me " I am TELLING YOU ITS AN ERROR". I called you to buy something from you, I have cash, and you treat ppl that way? I told him what I thought of him an hung up on him YELLING at me. Is it an ERROR in several places or bad business practices? either way you don't yell and take that tone with someone asking about the car.
